Curated under the theme "Welcoming Lunar Six-Twenty-Four: The Festival’s Past, Present, and Future," this exhibition traces the cultural journey from the historical reenactment of the traditional procession, through the deepening of cultural roots within schools, to immersive AI interactive experiences. It constructs a timeline where creativity and technology carry forward the sacred incense and perpetuate the culture. Using time as the warp and incense as the weft, the exhibition weaves together a unique narrative of faith belonging to Daxi.
Through three major exhibition zones, visitors can experience the flow and innovation of this sacred festival. The Miniature Theater vividly recreates the century-old Puji Temple procession honoring Lord Guan’s birthday. The Festival into Classrooms zone features small cardboard dragons that engage students in dragon dance cultural education and foster the roots of tradition. Stepping to the rhythm of the generals, the Black Box Theater offers an immersive AI experience where visitors can playfully carry the general’s flag, opening a new chapter in the revitalization of faith.
