Led by local guide Hsio-Wen Chien, this dramatic walk leads participants through Daxi’s early development as seen through food:
exploring how rice pudding, chicken rolls, and daily labor are interwoven, culminating in a visit to a featured restaurant where you'll taste a traditional banquet dish, typically served during local festivals—rich with family history and flavors.
